Intelligent, networked and automated. Already from 1992 PBT has been pioneering the development of control systems for profile bending machines. As an interface between the manufacturer’s specification and precisely bent tubes our digital control systems allow intuitive operation without programming skills.

Higher efficiency by intelligent systems. Even complex forms with demanding materials can be manufactured without many years of know-how, if the automatic radius measurement system is used. For many radii it is thus possible to achieve all nominal values without rejects and costly and time-consuming test runs. In most cases even changed material properties can be handled without any problems.

System integration and Internet connection provide for data exchange between design engineer and operator, remote maintenance by PBT experts and server-side data backup. Due to the open system of the Siemens S7-1200 integrated into the PC400, it becomes a central control system of machine periphery (supplementary modules, robots, saws, MMS, etc.).
